Domain Dash is the part of my world that most people don’t notice until something goes wrong. It looks after domains and hosting quietly in the background so websites stay online, renewals aren’t forgotten, and problems are handled instead of bounced around support desks for weeks.
It exists because most people don’t want to deal with technical jargon. They just want their website to work and to know that if something breaks, there’s someone they can speak to. My role is largely oversight, making sure everything remains reliable and customers are looked after properly.
